Вероника Булюк
Veronika is an 18 year-old, artist from Ukraine who has been living in Citrus Heights for almost two years. After graduating from art school she's done face-painting for children, paint-based art, and custom clothing. She also sells her artwork at charity auctions and is planning to apply for a US talent visa. You can see more on Instagram at @_dreamscome_true_.
Rick Nederlof
After Rick Nederlof's service in the Army, he worked for numerous ad agencies doing comps, story brds and illustrations for books. During this time he received his BFA from the California College of the Arts in San Francisco. Hi mediums include painting in oil, acrylic mixed media, watercolor and paper mache masks.

Diana Miller
Diana Miller is a Citrus Heights based, award-winning photographer who specializes in business portraits and headshots, family and lifestyle portraits, pet photography, as well as corporate, and event photography. A former Neonatal RN, Diana also founded a program in 2004 called “Little Blessings.” She coordinates with nurses in local NICUs and photographs chronic and terminally ill babies at no charge. The parents receive a disc of images from the session that is theirs to keep.

Brandon Blackburn
Brandon Blackburn is a Northern California muralist whose large-scale public works contribute to the cultural landscape of Citrus Heights and beyond. With training in Visual Communications and over twenty years of experience, he has completed notable murals at Bear Paw Headquarters, Mr. Pickle’s, and the Grand Oaks Shopping Plaza for the CH40 Arts District revitalization. His work centers on community impact, visual storytelling, and transforming public spaces.

Shirley Smith
Shirley Smith is filled with a desire to put images on canvas or paper be they from life or her imagination. Capturing light and shadow while painting en plein air has been a passion of hers for many years. Old architecture, farms and vineyards, a peaceful meadow or winding stream may capture her eye. She feels that in this ever-changing world, it seems important to record locations that may eventually change.Her mediums include painting in watercolor oils, acrylics and mixed media.

Erica Thomas
After completing undergraduate art degrees at UC San Diego, Erica received an International Scholarship to pursue a Masters at the University of Westminster, London. Now based in Sacramento, she produces murals for residential and public spaces, creates mixed media art and teaches art to students in her community. In murals, she often promotes the beauty of California, painting native flora and fauna to celebrate the natural world; in studio work, a stylistic blend of earth, sky and water blend with foregrounded subjects symbolizing the connection among all living things.

Brad Lakritz
Brad Lakritz is an artist, educator, media professional, and urban farmer who communicates his ideas through images. Brad is a portrait photographer who has created tens of thousands of images over the last 40 years. Today, he creates portraits of flowers on his organic farm by growing images in the landscape by hand.

Yolanda Aubuchon
It seems I have always loved creating art, but my interests changed in 2023 when I began painting plein air (outdoors). I love the idea of capturing fleeting scenes that others might not notice and the process and challenge that comes with painting. I also exhibit my work at the Artists Collaborative Gallery in Old Sacramento and at Vines Cafe in the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Sacramento.

Chris & Haley Collier
Haley & Chris are a husband-and-wife photo and video team who capture weddings, family stories and other special moments throughout Northern California. They did the event photography for this year's ArtBeat event and they love exploring new places and creating honest, lasting stories for the people they meet throughout their adventures together.
