Our Mission

Our mission is to cultivate a thriving arts community byOur mission is to cultivate a thriving arts community by supporting artists, activating public spaces, and leading the development of the CH40 Arts District  a dynamic destination where art, culture, and community come together. We believe that creative placemaking has the power to inspire, educate, and revitalize, uniting communities and building a more vibrant future for Citrus Heights and the surrounding region.

Our Vision

We envision Citrus Heights as a city where the arts are woven into daily life  where murals spark conversations, art walks bring neighbors together, and every resident has access to the transformative power of creativity.
